HerNetwork core values
Connection. Contribution. Trust.
HerNetwork exists to create genuine business relationships, not sales pitches. The value of the network comes from members who actively support one another, build trust over time, and contribute as much as they benefit.
1. Give as well as take (core rule)
HerNetwork only works when members contribute, not just consume.
- • Support other members where appropriate
- • Make introductions or recommendations when they can
- • Engage respectfully online and in person
- • Show up with a mindset of long-term relationships, not quick wins
You may not always need something from the group, and others may not always need you directly. That’s normal. The aim is to be known and trusted, so when opportunities arise, your name naturally comes to mind.
2. This is not a sales or pitching environment
HerNetwork is not a space to sell at people.
Hard selling, pressure tactics, unsolicited DMs, or repeatedly pushing your services is not allowed. You are welcome to talk about what you do, but the focus should always be on connection and conversation, not closing a sale.
Referrals should come organically through trust, not obligation.
3. Professional exclusivity
To protect the value of the network, HerNetwork operates with local professional exclusivity.
Only one member per business type per local area will be accepted. This means you are not networking alongside a direct competitor in your niche within your area.
Exclusivity is reviewed and managed by HerNetwork and is based on the information provided at sign-up.
4. Attendance and engagement
Members are encouraged to attend events regularly and engage where they can, both online and in person.
Life and business happen, so occasional absence is understood. However, consistently taking without engaging or contributing may result in a membership review.
5. Events and conduct
- • Treat others with respect and professionalism
- • Be welcoming and inclusive at events
- • Avoid negative, dismissive, or disruptive behaviour
HerNetwork reserves the right to remove members whose behaviour negatively impacts the community.
6. MLMs and network marketing
MLMs and network marketing businesses are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptance depends on the nature of the business, how it is positioned and promoted, and alignment with HerNetwork values.
Any MLM-style hard selling or recruitment behaviour will not be tolerated.
7. Membership fees and cancellation
Membership is billed monthly.
Founders pricing is offered for a limited time and is retained for as long as membership remains active. If a membership is cancelled and later rejoined, the standard price will apply.
8. HerNetwork discretion
- • Accept or decline membership applications
- • Manage exclusivity by niche and location
- • Review or cancel memberships that do not align with the values or rules
All decisions are made to protect the integrity and value of the network for its members.
