About HerNetwork
HerNetwork is a women-only business network based in the UK, offering paid membership, events, and a private members community.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee membership.
Places are limited by service type and local area. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications in order to protect the value and balance of the network.
There is no cost to join the waitlist.
Membership
Membership is open to women running businesses who meet the criteria set by HerNetwork.
Membership is granted on approval and payment of the applicable fee.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove membership if these terms or the community rules are breached.
Exclusivity
Membership is limited to one business per service type per local area.
Exclusivity is based on the information provided at the time of joining. If your business offering changes, you must inform us.
We will always act reasonably and fairly when applying exclusivity.
Fees and payment
Membership fees are charged monthly.
Founding member pricing applies only to the first approved members and remains valid while membership stays active. If membership is cancelled and later rejoined, standard pricing will apply.
All fees are non-refundable.
Refund policy
Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. This includes part-used membership periods, missed events, and changes in personal circumstances.
If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be taken after cancellation.
Event fees, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an event is cancelled by HerNetwork, any applicable event fee will be refunded or credited.
If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Access to member benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are given for unused time.
Events
Attendance at events may require advance booking.
Places may be limited and are offered on a first-come basis.
Event details, timings, and locations may change. We will always communicate changes as early as possible.
Events, safety, and personal belongings
Attendance at events is at your own risk.
HerNetwork is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur at events, unless caused by our negligence.
Members are responsible for their own belongings at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Venues are responsible for their own premises and facilities. Members should follow any safety guidance provided by the venue or event facilitator.
Community conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally at all times.
Selling, pitching, or spamming is not permitted unless explicitly allowed.
We reserve the right to remove content or members that disrupt the community or breach the rules.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access it in a way that could cause damage or disruption.
All content on the website belongs to HerNetwork and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
Liability
HerNetwork is not responsible for the actions, services, or outcomes of connections made through the network.
Members remain responsible for their own business decisions, agreements, and relationships.
